What are your favorite friendships among the X-Men?.

The X-Men had an immense amount of characthers and of course some iconic friendships among then. So what are your favorites and why?, be as extensive as you like, i enjoy long post .

Jean/Storm: i love them because they feel like sisters.

Scott/Logan: i think both make a badass team. They have been rivals but also see the worst of each other and still fight together.

Editt: i forgot about Kurt and Logan but its just soo platonic, it feels like love.

Northstar and Rogue. That first X-Men/Alpha Flight mini is ancient history now, but damn, did Claremont do a good job bringing those two isolated trauma-cases together.

Cypher and Warlock. Ability + imagination = Team Supreme!

Hellion and Tag. ;_;

Hellion and Mercury. Julian could be an ass. But he was such a good older brother.

Kurt and Logan. Classic bromance.

...and I absolutely loathe that trope. The "We're rivals, have seriously fought each other many times, sometimes even tried to kill one other, but we're totally the besties" trope. Especially between those two. After the crap Logan has pulled in Schism and AvX, he doesn't deserve to be called Scott's friend. Scott should hate him for life.

Even before all this, them being close friends in any capacity never made any sense to me. For the obvious reasons I will not mention.

Well that's over, I don't think cyclops can hate anyone but he did no longer saw Logan as a friend

But a good friend is the one who knows and accepts you as you truly are, the best and the worst things. No lies, no pretention, it's something honest but i never said it was cute or nice.

He payed his respects when logan died, kicking some douches in a bar and in the hunt for wolverine books Scott said he would have liked to solve some of their issues.
