They did one where Flash became Spider-Man, John Jameson became Spider-Man and Betty Brant got the spider-powers. Three stories in one issue. At the end of the day, Peter became Spider-Man. That was What If #7.

Though he hasn't been seen in that form since childhood, as far as I am aware. He is a shapeshifter, so I am sure he is probably able, but he doesn't seem to like to appear in his birth form at all nowadays, even when it would be to his advantage, so we don't really know what he'd look like as an adult. There was some clones Doom made during Siege, but it was implied they were kinda wonky, so i personally don't put a lot of weight in that to say what he'd look like as an adult in the main universe. Have been a few alt universe takes tho, all different. So it's anyone's guess what he'll look like here beyond 'blue'.

Kind of hilariously though, the outfit they put Thor in is very reminiscent of the Frost Giant costume for Loki in the mobile game Avengers Academy.
