    Default Doomsday Clock: Nathaniel Dusk

The Nathaniel Dusk film series that is shown in Doomsday Clock is there for a reason. It's getting plenty of screen time and was in the end materials of one issue. As DC is full of similarities to Watchmen, it's clear that these films play a role in DC like the Tales of the Black Freighter played in Watchmen. But what is that role? And where are things going? Here are the thoughts I've had bouncing around in the long gap between issues.

I'm glad DC will be releasing a collected edition of this 1980's series.

I bought them as single issues way back when, but they certainly deserve a tpb version as well.

Don McGregor and Gene Colan's best work together.

    Excellent analysis Rikdad, as always.

Hey, has anybody heard anything further on when Nathaniel Dusk: The Complete Collection is due out from DC?
I know there was a date of November 6th (a Tuesday) mentioned in a Bleeding Cool article, and places like amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com, but I can't seem to find anything on places like Previewsworld or ComicList?

Still can't find anything beyond that November 6th date (which is more regarding when bookstores and other retailers are suppose to have it, not comic book shops).

    Well, this is bad.

Tried checking amazon.com again and here's what I found:
Nathaniel Dusk: The Complete Collection Paperback – January 2, 2080

If it's coming out in 2080, they must be re-releasing a Doomsday Clock HC or TPB:
"The complete adventures of Nathaniel Dusk, seen recently in Geoff Johns and Gary Frank's smash hit DOOMSDAY CLOCK series..."

So, it appears Doomsday Clock will be such a big hit that it will still be selling in 60 years!

Maybe Doc Manhattan works for Amazon and he told them.

Hey, guess what? That amazon.com link now says
Nathaniel Dusk: The Complete Collection Paperback – January 2, 2079
So, it will now be available a year earlier?

Doesn't seem to be anything new on this for 2022.

And I'm assuming nothing on this for 2023, either, but you never know.
