Help me identify a comic from memory

Hi Marvel folk,

I used to own and love a certain Marvel comic issue, which I've somehow lost and now can't for the life of me remember the identity of. So I was hoping that with the few bits of information I do remember someone would be nice enough to help me figure out which it is.

I don't remember if it was associated with one character in particular. It was a rather thick volume. Might have been a special of some kind.
I remember the story being about some alien race (I think, maybe, the Brood) doing a massive abduction of heroes unto their space station, where the heroes are pitted against each other in 1v1 tournament matches.
Sadly, I don't remember many particulars. I think that Daredevil fought Deadpool, Gambit vs Wolverine, Thor vs Storm and Scarlet Witch vs... someone.
I also remember a scene with Iron-Man back on Earth visiting Warbird, whom is grieving over... something.

Anyway, that's what I remember. Hope someone recognizes this.
