No Loki, the Winter Soldier and Gamora gone....not sure I want to see any more Marvel movies. Especially now they seem to want them as comedies.

This is a comic book movie. There's no reason to think any of those people cannot come back.

Does that apply to Gunn too?

And this is based on Disney's desire to not keep profitable characters?

They are making room for F4 and X-Men. Disney is not going to pay 100 MCU actors.
With cooperates mergers, it’s always casualties on both sides.
There is already rumors The X-Men will lose characters and planned future characters.
Did anybody actually think the MCU characters would go untouched in this merger?

That's my only pet peeve with the MCU, I wish that Marvel stayed a independent company.

I have no idea. Disney/Marvel have been mostly quiet about their schedule post-A4 beyond Spider-Man: Far From Home. Guardians was rumored to be that movie (and given it was supposed to enter production soonish, those rumors looked to be true), but not anymore.

Fast tracking Ant Man may be an option, but seems doubtful. It all depends on what else they have planned post-Avengers

They could also fast track Spider-Man 2, Black Panther 2, or Doctor Strange 2. Let's be honest, I don't see any of those three not being alive and well at the end of Avengers 4, regardless of the status of Guardians of the Galaxy 3.

Like I already said, with the pickup of F4 and X-Men, Disney will get rid of some MCU productions.

Spiderman is not a Disney property so doesn't count. Doctor Strange requires Benedict Cumberbatch who has a busy set of commitments with other projects, so that isn't an option either.

Also, none of them are comedies.
