He was hired under Perlmutter so he was probably low balled and will get something but I doubt as much as one would think even the Russo's once said they made more on Community then the Winter Soldier.

I doubt the entire cast would leave they've shown solidarity with Gunn but unlike Bautista haven't gone after Disney. I also think they'll see Marvel isn't too blame and wouldn't want to hurt them even Rooker who is friends with Gunn for years and signed the document in support of Gunn and left twitter in protest is still open to playing Yondu again.
