Dc in the animated movies are only doing new 52 right. Batman and the JL are all new 52. It doesn’t seem to be a end in sight

Death of Superman seems to have been a turning point for the films, like Superman with Lois Lane over Diana. Going back to pre-New52 (much like how a lot of that was brought back in Rebirth).

That was the plan but with Rebirth things got messed up. Still they were loosely adapting stuff from Morrison so it was never a set in stone rule. Now with DoS and maybe Hush they’re clearly not limiting themselves to just New 52 stories.

They could have done Death of Superman has its own thing and Judas Contract but did not. so I question this. They could easily make hush part of the DC animated new 52 universe
