The Diamond site will probably give you the best information. As it stands today, issues 10 and 11 are coming out on the 1st and 22nd of August respectively. Why? Probably any one of the reasons comics have been late for decades.

Clearly, it isn't anything that diabolical.
Honestly, this didn't even get the needle on my "Bigger Picture Delays" radar to move. They already had a month of baked into the initial plan for the run. Another one happening over the course of the series isn't exactly "Taking So Long..." It was never really set up as an ongoing monthly that would be sticking to something like that sort of a schedule.
They can take as much time on Mr. Miracle as they want. The mystery of the NuGods vs Kirby's New Gods isn't holding back the DCU in any way. If they need another six months to finish out this story in style, I say go for it.
I would guess that Heroes in Crisis is taking priority these days, which is more time sensitive for the DCU's continuity.
