No, MC2 MJ turned out to have survived at the end, along with Mayday's boyfriend Wes (I think), likely because it would've been too cruel to kill off both her parents and her boyfriend and make her and Benjy orphans.

The posing and facial acting is great. I just wish the rendering and coloring was a higher quality.

It's nice to see Mayday still acknowledged as Spider-Girl, though it might be too much to hope for that they don't mention she goes by "Spider-Woman" now .

Or maybe they're revealing this is the true Mayday, one who never lost her dad and thus never saw a reason to become Spider-Woman (it's unlikely of course, and it's probably best for marketing purposes)

I like what they are trying to do with this mini series, but I think they missed an opportunity.

Think about it, a mini series of 3 three spider daughters from three different mothers:

MJ, Gwen & Felicia.

YES!!! This is the team-up I was waiting for!!!

The solicit says that Mayday will do anything to protect his baby brother, and Anya's totem knoledge could be useful. But what's the role of Annie here? Well, it's quite easy. I mean, how about her "precognitive spider-sense"? I'm quite sure such ability will be very useful against the Inheritors and stay one step forward them.

Besides, we recently saw Annie's reaction when she realized her parents' first baby (her counterpart of Mayday) died. I really can't wait to see Annie's reaction when she realizes that Mayday is THAT "older sister" that she never met. Therefore, Annie will do anything to protect Mayday's baby brother too; since, technically, he's her baby brother too.
