Yeah, if Lazarus can take break an ongoing for more than a year, I'm pretty sure Saga will be OK too.

I'm not overly thrilled with the events of this issue, though...

Sad issue. Always knew something huge would happen when The Will caught up to the because right at the beginning narrator-Hazel called him a monster. Was not expecting this at all, though.

Eh, always figured marko would get the ax...the whole I"m laying down my sword and never fighting thing. Generally when a character says that they end up dead. However, I'm a little pissed at how it went down. why would you turn your back on some guy that was 30seconds ago trying to kill you. Marko is supposed to be an ex-soldier, I"m thinking they would at least teach him that one lesson of never turning your back to your enemy in basic training, but alas, he must have a stupid moment in order to progress the story, which won't pick up for a year.

I agree nomad , what the crap turning you back on a guy like that , oh well . It was a good read none the less . But a year hiatus to continue is a long time . At least with Lazarus we had the X plus 66 story line to read and the source book .

I'd rather it be Marko than the Will. The Will is my favorite character, and he looks like Brian K Vaughan

although taking a year off will be a good excuse for me to sit down and re-read the whole thing again before they start pumping out new issues, as there's roughly a zero percent chance i'll remember anything that just went down. thief of thieves just came back after 18 months, i couldn't even remember conrad paulson's name.

Im not sure what is worse, what happen to Marko, or having to wait a year for the next issue. Im just sad all around

I was gonna start reading saga in trades, then I heard about the gap, then the ending at present

I'm gonna have to postpone coz I'm dreading if the return is delayed or doesn't happen

And I was so looking forward to reading it
