No, it turns out that she just flat out doesn't care. So not only is she an idiot, she's also petty and psychotic. This is all about her "rep," really Mr. Slott, really? She's been regressing as a character ever since OMD, but this is just the final nail in the coffin. How is it that he writes Anna Marie so well, but Felicia and MJ are written so astoundingly terrible?
Well, that's easy to answer. It's always easier writing about a character you created than someone else, specially so famous and lot of fanboys like Mary Jane and Felicia.

It could be Ezekeil feels Cindy is the Supremo of the Spider-verse of the 616. Either Peter knew the code from the last time he got involved with the hiding place, (back in 2003), or, Cindy has mind control powers and can put her thoughts in Peter mind.

Except that's not how he operates. His whole gimmick is animal totems. Aside from them he would be wasting his time and energy.

Besides, the big thing about Morlun is that he's so damn dangerous to Spider-Man. With her powers, Carol should be able to waste him rather easily.

Tigra, Puma, and Black Cat have animal totems as well respectively. So Morlun would have an interest with them as well as Dr. Michael Morbius vampire totem as well...

Felicia and MJ doesn't interest Slott at all. By comparison, why couldn't he had used Betty Brant(in place of MJ) and Jennifer Walters(in place of Black Cat), of which he seemed to write them very well in his stories. It's stupid to not use characters that holds his interest. Perhaps it would have made the stories better. MJ dumping Peter for a Fire Fighter is not a safe bet for her at all; nor is Felicia being a villain because of a super villain beating her up. I don't see a real reason for Felicia to be a villain anymore that Jessica Drew, Silver Sable, or Natasha Romanov who were at one point of their lives super villains who killed with blood on their hands. Even worse than what Felicia has ever done in the past. Provided if Felicia got her so-called revenge on Spider-Man, she'd so realize that he was telling her the truth about Otto being the one who destroyed her so-called life. Felicia's life would be meaningless without Spider-Man in her life.

If you read the issue you would see the page where Peter learns it.
And it was probably a joke by either Slott or Ramos on 616001, because the guys at Marvel actually don't like referring to universes by numbers or w/e.

I really don't know what to make of this. I feel like we really didn't get much story out of it...
