Heyo, im just getting into Tynion's run on Detective comics. I just started the League of Shadows tpb and Batman doesn't believe they exist but wasn't Damien part of the league of shadows? Also, wasn't Damien's mother the daughter of the leader of League of Assassins? Was batman trained by them or is that only from the Nolan movies? I am also assuming that League of Shadows is the same as the League of Assassin.

The League of Shadows is a splinter group from the League of Assassins in the comics, and only first appeared in Rebirth. In the Nolanverse, the LoS is the LoA.
