Yes.Marvel Spotlight would be a great comic book to read among the comic books i usually buy.
Comic books as Marvel Spotlight would be a cool way to have a comic book that focus mostly in new and original characters.
Would be perfect to show focus on Initiative characters.
If they bring it back make it digital only and a bit cheaper.
However I rather they bring back back-up stories.
Sadly this and todays reader, sadly, has decided that anthology titles don't appeal to them.
Marvel Comics Presents was relaunched in 2007 and ran for 12 issues.

Marvel tried again in 2009 by relaunching Astonishing Tales(Ant-Man debuted here originally) and it ran for 6 issues.

DC tried a title called Weird Worlds that ran for 6 issues in 2011.

I'll point out that I was on board for each of these series. Then again, I'm 42 and from an era where these type books were still appealing. Dark Horse Presents in the 90s was another great anthology title.
I don't see Marvel Spotlight being attempted anymore than I do House of Mystery coming back.
