I always viewe their relationship as super casual so you could even argue if they were ever together together in the first place.

I think it’s safe to say she isn’t making out with Sam Guthrie. But who knows.. Marvel may retcon that Sam marriage. But as of now Sam is still married. So I think there’s a good chance Dani is single. Unless they want to pick up on the Dani is dating Nate still when we see Nate again.
