When people can see others are waiting, it would be courteous to simply say "I'm not going to be around for 2-3 hours". Or, better still, send others their next choices in a DM, like some already have.

The strategically best draft seats in a snake draft are first place, then last place. The worst spots are after the halfway point but not last.

This is further emphasized by the switch from one pick at a time to two.

So your experience matches up with the theory of it.

Looking at who I picked so far, well, I'd say I have an eclectic group of characters so far. Especially since one of them is Godzilla.

Dang it Cleric, that was my OTHER Backup for the same thing as the Mask. If G-Girl herself gets picked I'll just have to come up with an all new 10.

And two of the Godzillas have already been picked, so I don't even know if I'll be able to make it on-theme.
