Not a deal-breaker for me either way, just how I'd interpret it based on the actual ToP rules which specified that techniques and powers didn't work but natural flight would. Figured I'd bring it up since it's an important thing to clear up before the event actually happens.

This should be interesting; the no-killing rule and the FFA nature of it seem like they'll favor defensive set-ups more than usual league matches. I picked Supergirl kind of on a whim, but now I'm actually preparing my team.

For this league, I'm going consider at will flight as being disabled. Basically, if a character is able to fly with no visible means of doing so, then the flight is disabled.

To give some examples

Disabled flight: Nathan Petrelli, Superman, Goku
Allowed Flight: Iron Man, Gran Torino, Aang

Interesting that we already have three Kryptonians after just the first round. In general, physical power seems prioritized a lot more than in regular leagues, though Juggernaut and the Gem have been mainstays for years.
