Tye Longshadow - Teenager of Inuit and Apache descent. Can create armor of dark matter.

There is probably few better choices to represent the "C-List or Lower Characters" than the Hanna Barbera heroes!

It's no secret I would like to see the 7 Hanna-Barbera created heroes and their later JLU and Young Justice analogues, re-imagined as a synthesis of all three animated incarnations into one solid definitive design and concept.
Finally make them legit characters in the DCU and become their own team!

Pretty much I'd make their Young Justice names and incarnations their civilian I'Ds, and make them about the age of the JLU version, with a hybrid of JLU and H-B as their hero costumes.

I didn't feel their was a point in having one if Virgil wasn't a part of the team and I preferred his original origin even if I didn't mind the one from the YJ show (which I based this premise on).

I'd never heard of The Renegades - I'd love to see that team updated and rebooted.(maybe even as one character with all those powers) Tall Tree probably shouldn't wear that target over his crotch though...
