Really? Because it read to me like they're being brought back to their original personalities and shedding their movie synergy (which is a good thing). Great to see Drax recognize he's died a couple times and that he's originally from Earth. In his solo and when Bendis wrote GOTG he acted like he'd never been there before. The rest are acting a lot more like they did historically, even Groot from his original appearance.

Yeah, Groot is basically restored to his factory settings, as it were.

I would say that Star-Lord has more of a juvenile way of talking (for lack of better words), closer to Chris Pratt's personality, as opposed to the dry/cynical sense of humor I remember from the DnA days. And that Drax speaks just a touch more like Dave Bautista. But in almost every other category, I would say that it's an improvement on what the Bendis GOTG was like.
