It's part of the Super Lex Build-A-Figure wave, which still has an ambiguous 2018 release date. So, sometime in the next few months, hopefully.

DC Rebirth Wonder Woman, Simon Baz, Vixen, Gotham by Gaslight Batman and a variant Ray depicting him powered up. Rebirth Harley and Rebirth Spoiler are supplemental (originally Toys R Us exclusives) that have bonus pieces for Super Lex.
