Default PREVIEW: Michael Moorcock's Elric: The Ruby Throne HC, vol., #1

The ancient island of Melniboné has been ruled by Elric, the albino emperor, for millennia. Reliant on magic and herbs for his strength and prolonged life, Elric's grip on Melniboné is crumbling, as his people slide into decadence. Now his envious cousin Yyrkoon, Prince of Melniboné, plots to overthrow him and claim the Ruby Throne for himself!
Lavishly illustrated, this new comic adaptation has been produced with the full and enthusiastic endorsement of Moorcock himself, who has written an original introduction for this edition.

Couldn't get link to work but this announcement seems to have gotten no response from CBR fans. How was this and is it worth tracking down? Was there a Vol. 2?

Link has been fixed now, can't comment on the series though I'm afraid! Looks like you've already found the more vibrant thread of it from back in 2014!

Unfortunately the other thread gives no indication of anyone actually having bought and read the 2 Volumes but thanks for the link. I guess after all it is Moorcock and is worth tracking down.
