From which book is this panel?

It's Arion, the hero of Atlantis, in his '95 look but from which story? I understand he appeared in 3 issues of '96 Aquaman book but the drawing style seems different.
In the '95 Showcase book the old lord of order rejuvenated to this blueish look and the story ended with him apparently going off somewhere, but where? Idk where the continuation is, if anyone can help i appreciate.

Nevermind, it's from a Byrne's Wonder Woman book. But if somebody knows if there is a story that follows '95 Showcase #7 i would love to know.
