These two teams are all I ever need.
1. The Outback team - This is a great blend of characters, most of which are still popular today. I'm sad we haven't had a reunion yet.
2. Carey's Team - The mix of big names, villains, and out of the box new members was super fun.
3. Kyle/Yost's X-Force - This team could have been really redundant and boring, but he new issue brought in newer, better characters with great chemistry.

Blue is my favorite of all time.
More recently, Soule's Astonishing X-Men had just about all of my favorites. I just wish we got to see more of them interacting with one another.

These are just perfect!
Broken English Spoken Perfectly
Well, that was Len Wein's plan, originally. You can see it in the cover to Giant Size, Piotr is positioned centrally.
But once Wein got promoted and let go of the book to Claremont, all of that went out of the window. It would be interesting to see a run by Wein, utilizing the characters as he had intended.
Let the flames destroy all but that which is pure and true!
Honorable Mention(s): New Mutants, Generation X, Supernovas Team, 90s Blue
probably 90's blue team. it's the team that got me into comics, so it always has a special place with me
God, how long did Gold last before X-editorial realized they put all the cool kids on Blue?
They had to invent Bishop, and then gave him the most chemistry with a a guy ON the Blue team. What a mess.
