IMHO, that's a mistake. Now every POTUS will need a majority in the House to have a SOTU address. Unless this ends with an impeachment, I don't see this helping the Dems.

When a child is a shitty human being, parents are the problem. They refuse to teach their children about sex, and scream to the heavens if a school tries to. They refuse to teach their children about racial injustice, and scream to the high heavens of school tries to. So they vote for people who want to cut funding for schools with a tual academic and social standards in favor of these religious fanatic puppy mills that do nothing so much as reinforce the parents' own bigotry and ignorance. Private, religious schools are breeding grounds of bigotry and ignorance, and do nothing to prepare students for anything resembling the real world.

And this is why we need to favor robust, well-funded public education over religious private schools. Public schools will force children to confront different races, cultures, genders, gender expressions, etc which will prepare them for the real world. Private schools teach lies and bigotry to white kids who never have to see any non-homogenized faces that aren't presented as pitiful or subservient to them, nor will they hear about any experience that isn't privileged, white-bread, and exclusionary.

Probably “IT’S NOT RAPE”, after all, Trump did that to Ivana. And since Caramel Caligula has ZERO shame, he won’t have any problem hobnobbing with those snot nosed punks. Hell, if he thought he could get away with it, Trump would invite them to the SOTU address.

Indeed, Ernst is probably one of the top-tier nuts of his side of politics, but it seems like Avi Green (he's the one in charge of Four Color Media Monitor) and Shawn James (the later had been talked about a couple times in the comic book sections of this forum in the past) are even worse when it comes to their viewpoints.

I'd taken a break from watching his videos, but he clearly has emotional issues that he's never dealt with. I'd almost feel sorry for him but he has such messed up views when it comes to race and women. What's funny is that he feels he's somehow qualified to write advise books!

Problem is, Republicans continue to back Trump's play, mostly out of fear I suspect, though I don't know exactly what they're scared of since his approval ratings are under 40 percent. Looks like the party as a whole would rather go down with the ship than abandon Trump.

Let's not mistake a lack of overt criticism for solidarity.
