    Seconded.

I find it disheartening how the GOP campaign against Pelosi has infected so many Democrats.

It has nothing to do with the GOP.

    I voted for new blood.

    I want new leadership.

How come people always talk about Pelosi being unpopular, but never talk about how unpopular McConnell is. He is actually more unpopular than Pelosi. He is also around the dame age as Pelosi but you never hear about how he needs to step aside for a youbger Senator.

    What difference could it be?
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

McConnell sucks. I didn't vote for change in the Rs, I voted for change in the Ds. They seem to be trying.

Because McConnell has nothing to do with what happens in The Democratic Party.

    That simple.

Is Mitch McConnell unpopular among republicans?

Non constituents say he's got John Boehner levels of dislike.

Seconded. There's a new generation ready to take over and lead the charge. I love Bernie, but there's no proof that being in your seventies makes you more capable than someone in their thirties. Going back to Pelosi literally feels like Politics as usual.

The Democrats do better when they are excited to vote for someone - voting against people is what the Republicans specialize in. Pelosi doesn't need to step down, but the Democratic leadership in congress really needs to start identifying the next generation of leaders and make it obvious that they have been given a voice.

Agreed. Some people think the GOP is able to influence us when it's a person they like. I dislike Pelosi and Clinton for many things that don't involve the GOP smears or them having ovaries.

We form opinions based on evidence even if it disagrees with me. Pelosi is not a good leader anymore, period. Toss her, Schumer, and Pérez.

Democrats needs new and younger leadership. Pelosi and Schumer and their over the hill gang needs to move out of the way.
We need leaders with new and fresh policies and willing to fight for them.

    Elissa Slotkin would be good.

    Pelosi is Trump's Boogeyman.

I don't think he has the ability to counter somebody young and new. His material is the same old drumbeat.

BTW: Sounds like Jim Jordan is all but confirmed to be the minority leader.
