Is there a law allowing him to exercise his free speech on private property? I doubt it. A private company has the right to ban anyone from their property.

I thought the Walt Disney World is an amusement park, not a political forum.

It depends how Florida law sees a theme park.

This came up in the early days of the Iraq War (Bush II version). A man was thrown out of a shopping mall in New York for wearing a T shirt that listed the war's casualty count up to that point. He tried to sue if I recall, but in New York state a shopping mall is considered private property, full stop. So he had no recourse.

But across the Hudson in New Jersey, a shopping mall is considered a public square (which is what the person who came up with the idea of the indoor shopping mall actually intended) and therefor a person could not be removed under the same circumstances.

White professor calls cops on black university student for putting her feet on chair during class

A white college professor at the University of Texas at San Antonio called the police on a black student and had her escorted out of class because she didn’t like how she was sitting, reports SBG San Antonio.
