The closest example is M and they dont do sh-t with her. Heck, they only recently started to acknowledge she was black by getting her coloring right (and those that dont agree, dont try me here. I dont have time for that)

I don't know why she was in the cover. Gentle at least got the focus of the story for his cover.

Don't appreciate Gentle punching the guy because he no longer feels pain. Kinda goes against his pacifism.

to be fair the covers haven't really been reflective of who was going to be most vocal. but what ororo did just made apparent how big of a plot hole this whole sentinite threat is. its absolute and utter trash.

It was the whole how gods get their powers part that I thought was trolling.

Worshippers empower gods, and Storm is sitting in the village that used to worship her, so she should feel some extra power from her believers. Hopefully, this is used in the next issue.

from my conversation with Guggenheim that wont happen. he views her as nothing more than a mutant snd thus far his stories have supported that. would be surprised if he did what he should have done which was write her as coates has.
