Sucks when they do that. We lose out out lot of good story ideas, that could have out Steph on BFTC. At least it was fun watching Black Mask break down after what he did to Steph.

It would have been nice just because it was a big story that still sells in trades and is referenced now, and having Steph to foil a popular character would have gotten her more exposure.

Gotham Gazette, which features the FabNic story with Steph, is included in the Battle for the Cowl trades, though. Yes, if she were in the main story, she might have gotten more exposure...but honestly, they used FabNic to set her up for Batgirl, which was the best exposure Steph's ever had in her history, so I'm not really super sorry about that. She likely still would have gotten Batgirl, but I guess being set up by Daniels might not have been best right around then, what with how the girls were pushed into the background. His art was real pretty though.

I think Daniel is a pretty solid artist, though I wasn't impressed with how he drew Steph in the Batman Day preview for Batman and Robin Eternal or on the cover of Batman and Robin Eternal #26. Originally Posted by Newnime

I kept thinking that Steph would look cooler if her domino mask had a different eye color, so I made these edits! A dark orange was my choice
