Thinking about it though, Soundproof lady feels like she's in the wrong show. In Arrow she's just some punk but she would be amazing in DD. A villain with sound canceling field would be a perfect enemy for Matt. I'm not sure if it's tech or a power but I could legit see the DD writers getting an arc out of her.

Guy, as to Arrow:

-Diggle did beat Diaz, but he had to make sure he got the tech first and foremost. Once he did Diaz was back up and backed up by the Longbow Hunters (two of which had gone through Diggle’s men like nothing).

Odds weren’t in his favor then, not by himself.

-Felicity can be annoying, but considering she was just beat to crap and her adopted son and husband were also attacked, I can understand her being angry and wanting this done with.

-FBI Lady isn’t corrupt. She’s a jerk and a hardass, but not shown to be corrupt at all.

Pretty sure comics and fantasy novels are to blame for this too. Maybe even before modern Hollywood.
