I'm trying - started antidepressants, and I'm planning to schedule some therapy-type counseling soon. And I found some online groups to just...talk things out with people who get it. Which on the one hand is good cause talking and not alone, but on the other is kinda like "crap, they do get it..." Does not help my preferred tactic of denial and repression.

What's it about?

This year? My wife asked for a short story about some of the RPG characters she knows, to mix things up from the usual storylines (from games that have been run for eight+ years). So I'm writing up a long, introspective look at one of the characters from an Anima game, and some of the stuff they went through. As usual, not going to be a whole lot of action, but at least (for one of my 'Christmas'/'New Year' stories) it'll have a somewhat happy ending.

I think I might be halfway through, but I've thought that before and the bloody story ends up ballooning.

I've actually found myself in a Pathfinder game recently, and it's actually managed to keep going this time!

First Pathfinder game, I played a crow-man with lightning powers, but we ended up stopping after the mid-boss.

This time around, I'm playing a poisonous frog-man that hunts megafauna with a scythe.




Struggling to write consistently as usual, but I've been productive this month, at least. Re-opened a "series" I had declared finished at the beginning of this year. Now I'm obligated to do enough stories to make another ebook bundle eventually. :V

According to Frieza, he's been training for the last ten years in a completely different universe. Further leaks also indicate that in the manga continuity, Super Hero takes place right after these events.
