The creature designs for the werewolves are suitably grisly and bizarre, and the first major baddies of the series leave a fairly strong impression upon their introduction.
Been reading it since chapter one and yeah, it's a lot of fun. The monsters are nicely horrific and intimidating in their designs and the last chapter set up some interesting mysteries. I hope the series takes off and gets to last for a while. It has some great potential.

Critics who treat adult as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence.

The SFV showchase showing off Akira just made me wish we were ever going to get a new Rival Schools game.

Yea the "Heart of the Cards" is probably a performance enhancing drug.
Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran

So, a misreading/mistranslation of the most recent MHA chapter has people on Tumblr/Twitter stating that Minoru Mineta is gay for Izuku and thus bisexual. From what I've seen on youtube videos about it, there seem to currently be two main camps there: Those who are pissed that it's Mineta and not one of the "attractive" boys (Izuku, Bakugou, Todoroki, etc.), and those who are happy for what they believe is LGBT representation in MHA.

People really don’t understand the concept of a ‘sport’ as opposed to a ‘game’, do they?

If it doesn’t require physical expertise (speed, strength, coordination, balance, accuracy, control etc.) along with the mental side, it’s a game. If it does, it’s a sport.

    Chess? Game.
    Darts? Sport.

And this is why, aside from following content creators and manga/anime publishers, I avoid Twitter/Tumblr/Youtube like the plague because the drama generated from commentary is ridiculous. I vaguely remember that people were also in an uproar over All Might possibly being gay/bi due to a similar incident involving a mistranslation.

    Ichigo: What even *are* you?!

Kenpachi: Some say my mother was a train. Some say that I'm a rejected Godzilla monster too strong for the series canon. But everyone says: I'M THE KEEEEENPACHIIIIII!!!!
