Yeah, I'm not quite diggin' it. Like, I get there'll be some changes, but her adjustments seem rather stark.

Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran

    Fire Force:

    spoilers:
Ah, good ol' Power of Friendship. But I am glad that Shinra has come back to his senses and I'm wonder what the appearance of his mother will entail. And it's awesome that Arthur isn't dead...is what I would say under normal circumstances. But now that we know that he is solely responsible for the creation of the most repugnant and obnoxious creature in existence, that will plague the SE world in the years yet to come---

---he must die for the good of all.
    end of spoilers

    Ichigo: What even *are* you?!

Kenpachi: Some say my mother was a train. Some say that I'm a rejected Godzilla monster too strong for the series canon. But everyone says: I'M THE KEEEEENPACHIIIIII!!!!

I was more taken by surprise that Arthur

    spoilers:
Seems to have regrown his missing arm, eye and the lower of half his body and his clothes to boot.
    end of spoilers

Reality definitely very mutable for our boy these days.

Critics who treat adult as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence.

Not really. The protagonists very consistently take the moral choice.

Am now having problems visiting this site from work because the 'certificate is in error' or something.

    -_-

Work is slowly cutting me off from all of my stuff. I can't really BLAME them, but...
    Why are we here?

"Superboy Prime (the yelling guy if he needs clarification)..." - Postmania
"...dropping an orca whale made of fire on your enemies is a pretty strong opening move." - Nik
"Why throw punches when you can be making everyone around you sterile mutant corpses?" - Pendaran, regarding Dr. Fate

Bought Mechwarrior 5 (and for the sake of actually having more to work with, the DLCs) and...The intro after the tutorial slays me.

Me: Huh, seems like our contact isn't here for us to collect the bill.

Dad: That's odd...And apparently the entire planet is being invaded by an unknown mercenary group blowing everything up...We should probably get the hell out of here.

Me: ...Nah, let's look for the money first.

Dad dies a usual death of getting blown to pieces and I barely escaped from the total chaos...Mechwarrior isn't much without a revenge plot.

Maybe they just don't want you to do anything at work other than work??

Since I mostly work from home, I'm not that hard on myself about accessing other sites whenn nI take a break. But if I go into the office, when I used to work full time, I never accessed work related sites, unless I'm doing it from my phone during lunch break.

My employers would have my head if they found me using business computers for 'fun stuff'.
