There is something unsettling about this, about panels 2 and 3

Imagine that, in order to save someone you have to kill them. Ethan's throat was crushed, just enough for him to be slowly suffocating to death. Lucas had only one choice.

That art style oddly reminds me of a piece of fanart that I have been trying to track down for a while now, in which a boy is in front of an enormous group of heroes that includes the Eleventh Doctor, Superman, Optimus Prime, an oddly happy-looking Hulk and many, many other characters.

    One Piece

    spoilers:
So Luffy's awakening is basically the equivalent of him going through Pegasus' Toon World card.

I'm ok with that for now and we still need to see how this really affects him going forward. But I will probably still miss Luffy's just making his way through the world's strongest people with one of the many random paramencia fruits with no special abilities beyond what Luffy could come up with.

Critics who treat adult as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence.

So I hear. Not sure how I feel about it. Smith should probably have been more professional, but making a joke about Jada’s alopecia is a bit of a dick move by Rock.

Sure, it's a dick move, but not the first time he's made a joke at Jada's expense at an award show.

That said. It isn't acceptable in any way shape or form to get up out of your seat on national television, and assault a man becuase you don't like his joke.

    The memes however, are fire.
Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran
