As a Ninja Kamui watcher who got through the full series and had a blast doing so . . . this would be a very interesting fight. However, the Gusoku Gear (what the ninja cyber suit is called in-series) with Higan/Joe Logan in it might be a little too much for Deathstroke, so would it make sense for Deathstroke to get his Ikon Suit from the Christopher Priest series to even the odds a bit?
