My Doctor and my Husband are both telling me to get more exercise, to do more walking. I used to walk a lot, 2 to 4 miles a couple of times a week, at least two miles a day when I commuted to work and had to walk to and from the train stations.

I'm lucky, in a way. I don't have a car (see Munchy? There's plenty of things that haven't changed in 15 years!), and I tend to walk everywhere, so I'm generally a pretty fit person. Plus, one of the things I did, last year, was join a local hiking group. I live in a part of Australia that has lots of hiking trails (through mountain valleys and national parks and rainforests), so once a month, we'd go explore somewhere. And that was really great, because in all my years of living here, I've never really done much of that.

And yeah, I get really tired, these days, but it's a good kind of tired. And I was getting lots of exercise.

Of course, that's been on pause since the lockdown started. But tomorrow, a couple of us have organised to do just a short trek in a nearby park. I'm looking forward to it, it just means I have to get up early. Sad face.

The best thing about the Super Sentai team-ups was the mecha fights, because we generally don't get those in the American team-ups (which are always shorter and rarely as good).
