Man, apparently even Diggle can 1v1 Diaz and wreck him. Diggle straight up koed him! And once again they let a chance to kill him slip through their fingers. Diaz at least has some neat minions now: A Captain America wannabe with a big shield, a lady with a soundproof forcefield tech and a lady with a blowdart wristgun. Felicity is still whining. Ah okay, I just got about ten or so chapters past that the last time I read. **** gets CRAZY not too long after that reveal.

No clue. They seem to have no idea what to do with him. The characters say that he's a mega threat unlike everything that has come before but in practice he just gets wrecked constantly and Oliver could've killed him several times last season and Diggle could've finished him off just this episode if they'd rubbed two brain cells together.

Thinking about it though, Soundproof lady feels like she's in the wrong show. In Arrow she's just some punk but she would be amazing in DD. A villain with sound canceling field would be a perfect enemy for Matt. I'm not sure if it's tech or a power but I could legit see the DD writers getting an arc out of her.
