That was perhaps the longest the Downtown has been closed in quite a while. Some sort of record perhaps?

Anyhow... umm... I actually went and bought some comics. Haven't been shopping for them since the second month of lockdown but I've gotten a bunch of fun stuff on the way.

Anyone got any good recommendations for next time? I only buy trades and tend to skew away from the Big Two. What have people been reading?

Got a question in regards to Beerus' Death Battle opponent Sailor Galaxia: Does she have any kind of resistance to Beerus' using Hakai and simply causing her to cease to be? Because unlike most "instant win" moves, "Hakai" seems to basically be a quick and easy "point and your gone" move with no build-up or negative side effects that limit its use. You simply aim your palm at whomever you want gone, say "Hakai", and they're gone.

Have you ever tried Monstress by Marjorie Liu and Sana Takeda?

It is a dark fantasy series with beautiful art, a well realized world and interesting themes.

The first three TPBs have been collected into one big volume.

Highly recommended, it's just really good.

Depending on how they judge their abilities that would be a cool finisher. After destroying several planets and flying around the galaxy, Beerus ends the fight with a simple point and destroy.

And the GOD of universe 9 showed that it can affect larger areas as well when he erased a city that was frustrating him.
