Also, Sub mentioned House of M as an influence, I'd also recommend reading Tom King's "The Vision," which, while it is a different story, the series seems to be taking a lot of cues from.

Not necessarily, it's more likely to be timed console exclusive on most things.
Everything will be on PC as well, obviously.
For some of the super specific stuff, like a potential Fallout: New Vegas 2 for example, [Microsoft now owns both the Fallout IP and Obsidian Studios who made New Vegas] something like that would be a huge system seller.
