These do seem like very odd decisions.
A lot of hard retconning at work here.

'Member when Mjolnir was Thor's weapon and it was a big deal for other people to wield it? Like, Beta Ray Bill was a shocking moment when he proved worthy to wield Mjolnir, and seeing another hero lift it was an "OH SHIT!" moment?
Now everyone and their grandmother can wield Mjolnir and it likes seemingly everyone more than Thor.
Critics who treat adult as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence.

Kenpachi: Some say my mother was a train. Some say that I'm a rejected Godzilla monster too strong for the series canon. But everyone says: I'M THE KEEEEENPACHIIIIII!!!!

Almost time for Cyberpunk. Not sure if I’m going the street kid route or the corporate route.
Poor Thor. Even CBR don't respect the guy, cause they made a list of Marvel heroes who are stronger than Ultra Instinct Goku and he wasn't on it. Of course, the list was CBR's usual nonsense. It included Rogue, Captain Marvel, and Hercules, but not Thor. About the only people on the list capable of it might be Doctor Strange (particularly old school Strange), Silver Surfer, and Scarlet Witch (if she's in her 'warping all of reality' level).
Of course, can't talk about CBR without bringing up a clickbait article titled "10 Things About Miruko That Make No Sense". Most are just questions about her, including where she was trained, who her idol is, does she have a love life, where has she been until she made her appearance in the manga, the true abilities of her Quirk, Reluctance to Join a Team, What has she achieved, and Field of Work. Then there's one asking where she was during the aerial battle between Endeavor and Hawks vs. High-End because they think her jumping ability made her of any use in a battle between fliers, one of whom was throwing around fire hot enough to cauterize flesh, and stating her Quirk makes her more rabbit than human because she has rabbit ears, strong athletic legs, and enjoys carrots.

As beastly as Miruko is, yeah, I don't see her doing too hot against the Hooded Nomu. That freaky thing really messed up Endeavor and he had to go all out to kill it. Miruko's blunt damage approach, at least what she can put out, probably won't be as much use against it as Endy's flames.

Let's not forget, as I mentioned, the entire fight took place between two people who were flying at a height matching the nearby skyscrapers. She'd have aim for Hooded Nomu, jump at him, hoping he doesn't move while doing so, throw a single kick, then land before taking another jump. That's not to mention Hooded Nomu was almost constantly being engulfed in Endeavor's fire, which would mean jumping into his targeted area.
