In DCeased: Dead Planet, Cassandra Cain (the actual one, not Orphan - this is Batgirl Cassandra Cain, the original) becomes inbued with the power of Shazam. It's an interesting twist, I admit.

She then tears apart Anti-Life Equation Zombified Captain Marvel Junior in about three panels.

I'm enjoying this series, oddly enough.

I haven't heard about this series, but you've made me curious enough to check it out.

Imagine Post-Crisis DC taken over by the Anti-life equation (turning people into infectious zombies) and you've got the idea. ^_^ There are a bunch of DCeased titles, including the original series, that might be good to read first.

I've heard DCeased is actually pretty good, despite it's premise. Although...

It seems they've once again forgotten what the equation's actually supposed to do lol.

Is this any relation to Wonder Woman: Dead Earth?

I really want to buy that when it hits trade, mostly because Daniel Warren Johnston is one of my favourite artists.

You expect consistency out of comics?

Nope - completely different continuity (I've read Dead Earth, it's pretty darned good as well, if depressing as all get out). Art is VERY interesting in that one.

i dig DCeased. very interesting take on a zombie apoc situation, even if they aren't zombies.

    other stuff i'm reading.

red hood: the outlaws are done but not in the way you think. with bizzaro being king of hell and jason helping duela deal with the **** that happened in "the joker war", i think it was time. at least jason and artemis hooked up finally.

mauraders: the "X of swords" is about to kick off. and logan merc's someone.

thor: looks like we might have found out what's been going on with thor's hammer. and it's because of..............donald blake?

There're rumors that the next MHA chapter will have some juicy and Dabi-related reveals. So I'm keeping a tight look out for those spoilers.

Imagine that body reading coupled with Superman-lite level speed, strength, and durability.
Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran
