I'm proud of Zelina for standing up for herself, but I fear her getting fired quashed any desire of anyone else following in her footsteps. I've been where you are for a long time, but I've been hoping to see something to give me that spark to come back. After this, I really don't think it's going to come.

even NXT has lost something for me. ever since they moved it to wednesday nights, it feels like it doing too much reactionary booking. johnny dropping the NA belt to leon ruff felt off to me. i mean, i get the whole "cursed johnny" thing but they never would just.....hot potato a belt like that on free tv. and now, with mox/omega set for dec. 7, i can't imagine the rush booking they'll do to counter that. and i hate it.

i like what they are doing with roman and his awesome heel turn but it's not enough to get me to come back to main roster stuff and now it's bleeding over to NXT.

as for zelina, i'm proud of her too. someone in the company had to call them out on their bullshit. just sucks that she had to suffer for it. and you damn skippy that allester is gonna suffer behind it too.

Oh, that wasn't what I took issue with. They both made valid arguments...until Yang called into question Ruby's ability as a leader and made the implication in this episode that Ruby's plan from the previous episode screwed them over, and*not* because Yang blew off her role to do what she wanted. The shifting of the blame here is over what happened with Ironwood is what pisses me off. I mean, Ruby made mistakes last season, but it was not all on her.

Yeah, I agree with this.

A lot of things went wrong but that was mainly because they were outplayed by Salem and her squad and Ironwood just... fucking up. Putting blame on Ruby and questioning her leadership wasn't called for at all and certainly wasn't making anything better.

EDIT: Yang did have a good idea in regards to current actions that they need to take, and I do think that splitting up for two vlid operations is a fair compromise.

I haven't been able to watch NXT, not home Wednesday nights. From the sounds of it, I haven't missed much. I think it's clear that Vince only sees NXT as a blockade against AEW, nothing more. It's sad because for a long time, it was the best thing WWE was putting out.

the matches are still good. (o'reily vs. finn was great). it's just that i don't really care about anyone. it should tell you the state of things that pat mcafee is the biggest heel on the brand. not to mention, the sorry state of the tag teams.

One Piece: Everything is chaos here. Big Mom tussles with one of the few people available that go one on one with here. Apoo and Chopper are in dire straights as Queen makes plans for how to handle things. And there's one lie that Nami can't say to save her life.

My Hero Academia: Dabi's continues to devastate the reputation of the hero system as a semi-unexpected ally appears. I do believe that the hero ranking is either going to be abolished or at least get quite the shake up.
