    Dragon Ball Super:

    The good:
    spoilers:
    - Bringing in Oob for a last minute save is a neat idea and well-implemented, though wasn't he like newly born in the ToP arc? The timeline for Super is all kinds of weird.
    - I love getting to see bits and pieces of Whis's power, so him casually blocking Moro's giant sized punch with a finger was cool.
    - The final victory had everybody working together, which is nice. Even if it was a bit of a mess.
    end of spoilers

    The dumb:
    spoilers:
    - Goku really should've just teleported over to Moro's face once Vegeta showed up to uncover the crystal.
    end of spoilers

So... based on the events of the latest chapter, Phantom Seer might not be getting cancelled just yet. It's unclear. It'll depend on the next chapter.

I also thought this was going to be the final chapter.

I still reckon we're getting an "onto the next adventure," epilogue type thing with a "please look forward to our next work,"

I'd love to be proven wrong but I'm very dubious about the likelihood of that.

Finished Shigurui by the way. Very much enjoyed it. Melodrama and expressionism for days. Ended about as I expected. For a series whose name translates as "Death Frenzy," it definitely delivered. Once again, I thank Iron Twister for the recommendation.

Well shucks, that does feel nice to know that. Glad that the manga delivered, Nik.

    Fingers crossed.

With that animation quality? You sure?
Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran

Undead Unluck: Okay, that was unexpectedly depressing. And if Fuuko's delayed Unluck was the result of what happened in this chapter...

    The Undertaker Rests. In. Peace.

The character, not Mark Calloway, the guy who uses the ring name. He's still alive and well, he's just retiring from in-ring action. In my opinion, he deserves to ride off into the sunset and finally relax. Man's been wrestling for 33 years, from 1987 to 2020, and 30 of those years was with the WWF/E. And having his retirement ceremony at Survivor Series, the Pay-Per-View where he debuted for WWE, is fitting.
Critics who treat adult as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence.

He's retired like 5 times by now. I'll believe it if he doesn't show up at WrestleMania for the next two years or so.
The MunchKING is Back! And he is AWSOME!

this is wrestling. "retired" doesn't always mean "retired".

just wait until the next saudi blood money show. they'll drag him out for those, sadly.
