I mean, they're at different stages of their stories.

Black Clover is at the "surprise" (depending on if you were expecting the Dark Triad to succeed with their plan or not) escalation part of the arc while My Hero Academia is at the cooldown + emotional drama part of its arc.

They're going for very different vibes right now all in all.

It's still mostly in my head but it draws a lot on BLAME!! for its tone and aesthetic; so ultra grimey, post-human, post apocalypse-via-decay set within a grim and imposing megastructure of immeasurable size work advanced technology that has long since fallen into disrepair and humanity (what's left of it) is scrabbling together whatever they can out of scraps.

The PCs will play denizens of the so-called City and will endeavor to make their way through the various obstacles, floors and cultures to try and reach the surface without dying, losing their humanity or their minds.

So, yeah, transhumanism both via cybernetic augmentation and biological radioactive mutation, gameified sanity mechanics and hard going.

That's the vague outline.

I would like to throw my hat into the ring for biggest RPG flake, after not even making it through the first 48 hours in one of Cleric’s games, despite having to get special dispensation from him for my character concept.

I mean, I’d like to throw my hat in, but I’d really only do it half-heartedly, and even that half couldn’t really commit to it.
