Buckingham castle. because superb owl doesn't stay in no damn dirty tree like regular owls.

Hermetic Order is the way to go. Leylines get CRAZY in the Industrial Era. Esp. if you've been going crazy on the Great People.

    Ichigo: What even *are* you?!

Kenpachi: Some say my mother was a train. Some say that I'm a rejected Godzilla monster too strong for the series canon. But everyone says: I'M THE KEEEEENPACHIIIIII!!!!

Well that's terrible of them. I hope you're okay, and have some kind of support going on until you find something else!

I feel Gosu has jumped the shark.

It's really getting old, this current storyline and how it's being approached.

And in Kengan Omega, the Kengan group...

    spoilers:
loses another match without actually losing.
    end of spoilers

That's getting a little old as well.

I don't mind it at the moment. I feel like we're very much in endgame so we're tying stuff up.

Plus, given how buffed Ryong has been this arc...

    spoilers:
... I am unsurprised that we're getting a moment for Yong-bi to get another moment in the spotlight.
    end of spoilers

I mean, I expressed reservations earlier...

    spoilers:
...like what the fuck is Okcheonbi even trying to do by antagonising Ryong? He knows he fucked up Hebi (who had a Dan) and he knows that he killed Hansa (who allegedly had him under total hypnotic/hallucinatory control. What does he stand to gain from messing with him, especially when he knows he can deal with the Thousand Crane Formation.
    end of spoilers

An iron-like grip on the idiot ball there.

Sure, I get that. It's just that I feel we're on this kiddie-rollercoaster of

    spoilers:
Hit villain with super technique, villain hyper-regenerates, another super technique, villain regenerates, supercharged Ryong wanders in with another super-technique, villain shrugs it off, Yong-bi...
    end of spoilers

It's kind of how the entire Dan arc has been going, in a nutshell. I love the series, it's just that if this is the actual end, it's a bit of a let-down, and weak in comparison to the crazy fights of earlier. I would have preferred something tighter, without the endless iterations of the above.

I mean, I expressed reservations earlier...

Agreed. I can forgive some of that on the idea - noted by the old fellows - that

    spoilers:
he's been sitting on his duff plotting and puppet-mastering behind the scenes, while everyone else has been actually doing shit, getting better, etc. That would also apply to his common sense, I feel.
    end of spoilers

But at the same time, it's a little much.

Basically, for me the issue is that the series before the Dan arc was so darned good that it raised the bar really high. And then this. Which, while beautifully illustrated, is kind of 'meh' for me.

It's not garbage or anything, it's just not living up to the rest of the series for me. Still worth reading to find out how it ends.

    Mileage, etc. ^_^
