How the .... did you do that? That's okay, you don't have to answer if you don't want to. It's just that, out of all the ways that could happen, the last one I would have ever thought about is using a Wallpaper Stripper.

The line runs into the building in our living room, then the master socket is a couple of rooms away so it’s routed along the skirting board in the hall.

And I’ve been stripping wallpaper in the hall...

I just watched an episode of Batwoman... so yes, we already know this is going to be something dumb... and in it they described how someone had analysed “the organic compound” found... oh, somewhere... it’s not like the details are important on this show... and that ‘organic compound’ was apparently found to be pig’s blood.

This is from someone with a medical background and an expensive education.

I mean there is so much wrong with the statement it’s beyond just dumb.

I can see it now. At my house, we have two TVs connected to cable, but each has a separate wire. One goes down into the floor, the other along a wall from the attic. Both meet outside the house then run to the nearest Utility Pole. To take down both, plus our Internet, we'd have to go outside and cut the cable leading to the utility pole on the street. That's why I had trouble visualizing what happened to you.

Technically we haven’t lost TV. Just some of the functionality of both the Smart TV itself and the satellite / DVR system.
