Damn, Kate is durable, surviving that long against Kingpin. I was still like "girl, stop before he kills you, he fought against Daredevil twice, and both fights were not complete stomps, you are so much out of your league here". Also, Fisk seems to have changed his methods, ripping a car door away now. The one I used to know would have used it to behead Eleanor... Okay, okay, they were in public (though that didn't stop him from killing the chauffeur and bodyguard), and he seemed to want her back on his side, but still.
