Glad you're having fun with Elden Ring! It's a really fun time!

That it is. I beat Radahn last night and he's probably my favourite of the story bosses I've fought so far. Now I think I'll go after a few tough optional bosses in Caelid before going down the new massive crater in Limgrave and continuing Ranni's story quest.

Noah Gervais, in the context of his massive pair of videos on the FromSoft catalogue; made the observation that, with the exception of Sekiro, the Souls games have effectively a hyper granular difficulty adjustment system built into the game in the form of the levelling system. You can direct your own experience via build, what you choose to level and focus on. If you over-level for a boss, they can become utterly trivial.

If you have [literally] 10 hours to kill (or want something interesting on in the back ground) I would highly recommend Gervais' videos on FromSoft. The first one is here:
