I'm glad that Dragon Quest: Adventure of Dai finally has an English dub, even if it is currently being streamed only in the UK at the moment. Apparently, Ocean Group Media decided to circumvent SAG-AFTRA by hiring VAs from ACTRA in Canada, which have their own union laws. 1/4th of the anime has already been dubbed into English. The English intro also slaps as hard as the Japanese version:

So, there's apparently going be an event happening in 68 days involving Berserk. The most likely possibility is that we may be getting a new anime, whether it will be a continuation of the 1997 or 2016(god forbid) anime or if it will be a complete remake. I just pray that it isn't another CG disaster.

I mean the movies and the TV show both reinforced the massive scale differences between SpongeBob and humans. IIRC Spongebob turns into (and is the size of) a dish-scrubbing sponge when he's out of the water. Aquaman doesn't need to have the lamest super powers to win this, he just needs to have the physical capacity to move his body.

Working on the RPG system some more; had to rework how magical/esoteric type damage works to balance it and have tweaked things to make speed a little less of an aggressively important stat.

Despite shooting for a busted system, it's starting to resemble something kind of balanced.

If I get to a point where I'm happy enough with it, I might put out a sign-up/stress test thread so people can try building some characters since I don't know what you're likely to come up with and how that might impact the system.
