    Why on earth would anyone with ice powers wear something that reveals that much cleavage? Does her boobs not get cold?

    MHA, from what I remember since I haven't read it in a while, tends to push limits (and tropes) in strange ways. So of course they would have someone with ice powers who can't stand the cold. How is he on standing the heat?
