Harbinger seems to be Valiant’s next film in development. I hope whoever plays Harada rocks the hell out of that roll.

My Hero Academia: Now that's a curbstomp.

And hey, Sero, Sato and Jiro all got a quick chance to shine too while Bakugo displayed better teamwork.

    Neat chapter.

    It's actually 30 XD

The comparison is a little unfair though, the two series are trying to achieve very different things. Berserk is a more European influenced world with a secretive but ever encroaching fantasy elements in it, it's also a very nuanced character study and has big gothic-ass themes of revenge and love and so on.

Goblin Slayer is a comparatively basic straight up JRPG fantasy setting that occasionally throws out some shock value stuff with bouts of sexualised violence. The characters are big archetypes that don't really have all that much going on under the hood.

And the series kind of gets this, Orcbolg is just a goblin slayer. That's his raison d'etre, it's who he is and what he does. It's even kind of a bit of gag of the series that he's one-note.

Also, just wanted to express that Preacher season 3 is absolutely phenomenal. That and Legion are my two favourite comic adaptations by miles.

    They are both excellent.

But if you want to see the most faithful adaptation of a comic property (including a cast that I swear must just be a series of anthropomorphised drawings from the comics themselves, they so closely mirror it), check out Runaways. Crazy faithful.

it also doesn't hur that almost everyone is referred in GS by their job title than their actual name most of the time. not that it's a bad thing. that's just how the series is.

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime is my favorite anime of the season. It's got potential to vie for favorite anime of all time if it keeps getting stronger.

Now watch Deku struggle way harder but pull off a perfect 5-0 to make Bakugo grind his teeth to dust.

Critics who treat adult as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence.

Oh that's rather small. It was a 7.2 in the inlet up here. EDIT: minor correction, it was on land, right near the inlet. It has been an interesting morning.

Yeah, but if you... man, we're getting into weird analogy territory, like if you disintegrated Superman's arms he wouldn't be able to go "fool! Little did you know that my arms and I are one and can be remade from me!" and will his arms back into being from pure nothingness. - Pendaran

    I ain't dead yet !

Though I guess the highway has collapsed in parts (sink holes and fissures), an off-ramp in Anchorage apparently collapsed. Pretty widespread loss of power. Cousin said a building collapsed next to where she was.

Actual news is pretty sparse at the moment, pretty much just word of mouth. Work has been canceled for just about everyone.

Glad to hear you and your cousin are okay.
    Ichigo: What even *are* you?!

Kenpachi: Some say my mother was a train. Some say that I'm a rejected Godzilla monster too strong for the series canon. But everyone says: I'M THE KEEEEENPACHIIIIII!!!!

    Dude, for now, take care.

For the future, GET THE HELL OUT OF HELL AND GO LIVE SOMEWHERE THAT’S ACTUALLY HOSPITABLE, DAMMIT!!

But yeah, be careful and stay safe.
