I don't like that perv angle that was strongly associated with early days Meliodas seems to have been transferred to Gawain.

Hopefully this will fade into the background again as the series progresses.

Despite my slow loss of interest in this sequel, I must admit the current fight twinges me with some nostalgia. I refereed a match in Judo where someone broke out of a juji-gatame the same way spoilers:

Seki gets out of the triangle choke. SOMEHOW lift the opponent up, literally curling them like they're a dumbell, then...

end of spoilers well, in my case I broke the fighters apart before the standing guy did what happened in the manga.

Granted, it got that far because I, like everyone else watching, was too busy being dumbfounded to call it, and only stepped in to break them up because I heard our teacher frantically whispering my name.

To this day, I don't know how the one guy did that. Not like there was a big weight difference between them, either - like, maybe five pounds?

Chion's amusing antics and panicking over Tristan's safety actually made me like him a bit.
